Overview
Scan.com is the leading network of private medical imaging services across Europe and the USA, streamlining the process of finding private imaging and creating a booking.
Challenge
The Scan.com team required a financial model review ahead of their £160m equity and debt raise from some of the world's leading equity investors and debt providers.
Our Role / Solution
GRAY provided a full model assurance and review and audit, including the generation of a new front-end Dashboard. The model review helped ensure that the model was fit for both equity and debt providers, including tightening the amount of calculations, reducing tabs, separation of key inputs and presenting the key financials, metrics and covenants on a dynamic Dashboard, as well as the 'investor-hat' review - a commercial review that GRAY provides on all projects.
Outcome
The financial model helped successfully secure the £65m targeted equity raise from Noteus Partners, with participation from Aviva, Concord Health Partners, YZR Capital, Oxford Capital and others. A further £95m of debt facilities supporting M&A and working capital were provided by VerisFi Capital and Atempo Growth.
