Overview
Natter is an AI-native conversation intelligence platform that runs thousands of simultaneous, ongoing 1:1 video conversations - between employees, members, customers - to capture real voices at scale. Natter services several blue chip companies such as Accenture, Servicenow and Philip Morris.
Challenge
The Natter management team required a robust financial model to support their $23m Series A growth capital raise from both UK and US investors — one that could stand up to investor scrutiny and reflect an exciting, ambitious growth plan.
Our Role / Solution
GRAY worked closely with the CFO to build the financial model. This included 2 types of customer revenue forecasting, cost structure design, headcount planning, and scenario analysis to support the investment thesis, as well as producing a SaaS dashboard deriving, and demonstrating Natter’s impressive key metrics.
Outcome
The financial model helped secure backing from lead investor, Renegade Partners, with participation from Kindred Capital, Costanoa Ventures, Rackhouse Ventures, Village Global, and Asymmetric Capital Partners. The CEO & Co-Founders of Peakon, Beamery, Tessian and Indeed.com also participated.
