Overview
DEScycle is a deep tech company that aims to transform the metals industry. They create innovative metal recovery & recycling methods using eco-friendly Deep Eutectic Solvents (DES).
Challenge
The Descycle team required a robust financial model to support their Series B and Grant raises — one that accurately established the capital required to build several recycling plants, as well as potential returns to investors.
Our Role / Solution
GRAY worked closely with the co-Founders to build the financial model, incorporating the company’s complex group structure, rollout of multiple sites with capex needs, resulting in a model that generated the funding requirements of the business, and potential returns for equity and debt investors.
Outcome
The financial model helped secure both equity and grant funding for the company.
